kil.sook

Kil.sook by Kim Haller's work is greatly influenced by her own blended heritage (born Kil Sook in Seoul Korea and raised in Wisconsin USA). Images and ideas for her prints are taken from daily life in her family and the stories they create, various patterns and textures that float around her head, family discos, games, post it happenings, sarcasm, fine line details, many pens and markers (seriously...many), glitter glue, crayons (the 120 set), a mess of toys in the living room, made up songs, a great fruity martini, bright shocking pink used appropriately, Christmas trees, tiny wee little things, comfy clothes, warmth, knitted scarves, knitted hats, a lot of run on sentences, kimchi and fairy food. These Prints are a wonderful mix of all the above and just simply fantastic!
