Ordering

Payments

We currently accept PayPal for secure online payments.

Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed within two working days (Mon - Fri) and they will be sent by Royal Mail (Ruby loves Red cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur after dispatch). If you have not received your order 14 days after purchase please contact us and we will try to find out where it is. We will be able to provide the tracking numbers for Special Delivery packages. Please note that international packages will take longer to arrive and Ruby Loves Red will not be responsible for any customs or import charges incurred.

Special Delivery items should arrive one working day after dispatch but Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

Currently our delivery charges are as follows

UK Royal Mail First Class - £2.95

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery - £4.00

International First Class - £3.95

International Signed For - £5.00

Returns

All items will be checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged/faulty, a full refund will be issued once the item has been returned to us (if appropriate) or sufficient time has elapsed so that the item is considered lost by our shipping carrier. We will reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs involved in returning the goods.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know by email to shop@rubylovesred.com within 7 days of receipt so we can authorise a return. Unauthorised returns will be rejected. Please send the item back within 14 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned in its original, unused condition (with packaging/tags attached if appropriate), we will issue a refund to you via your original method of payment or offer an exchange if preferred/available. Goods returned damaged, worn or used will be returned to you and no refund made.

Please note we are not responsible for postage costs or postal losses on returned goods - please ensure that you use the appropriate postal service for your item and obtain proof of posting. We recommend you use an insured and registered service.

International customers - please ensure the item is clearly marked "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form to avoid additional import charges. If such charges are incurred when the item is returned, this will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us for more advice regarding returning goods.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation as soon as possible after order (the sooner the better as we dispatch orders very quickly). Such notice may be given by contacting us by phone or email.

On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost if they have already been dispatched, this should be in line with our returns policy.

Product Descriptions

We have taken a lot of care to ensure that all product descriptions, measurements and colours are as close as possible actual products shown. However, due to the individual and hand-made nature of our products, slight variations may occur in descriptions, colours and sizes.

Order Acceptance

Order acceptance and completion of the contract between yourself and Ruby Loves Red will take place when your order has been dispatched, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled in line with the Cancelling an Order procedure.
